Jocelyn Kerbel, a longtime resident of the DeKalb/Sycamore area, has been enjoying selling real estate since 2002. In 2020 she increased her Real Estate education and received her Managing Brokers License. After going through the process of buying their first home, she knew she wanted to be able to help others with the experience too. “It’s not just about the house, it’s about the people. Jocelyn specializes in Residential and Investment property, as well as in leasing property. Being a Landlord herself she understands this avenue of Real Estate from both aspects of the transaction. She always enjoys working with first time home buyers. Jocelyn spends her free time with her family and in volunteer work in the community. She resides with her husband and two sons in Sycamore.
